Can I join anytime during the term and can I carry classes that I don’t use to the following term? You can indeed join during the term paying $16 x the number of weeks left of the term and enjoy unlimited classes. You can't carry classes over to the next term, I think this encourages participants to try and get to one or more classes during the week, every week!!
What kind of Pilates does Fit 4 Life Pilates practice? At Fit 4 Life Pilates the classes are mat based exercises focusing on core strength, but also using all the other muscles of the body. We use small equipment including bands, toning balls and Pilates circles.
How hard do the exercises get? The course progresses over the 10 weeks and becomes gradually more challenging.
I want to see results, what can I expect to achieve from the 10 week course? Everyone is different so results achieved won’t be the same for everyone. The number of days you attend per week will also make a difference but generally you will see a definite improvement in your abdominal and back strength, arm and leg strength and improved balance and posture. If you suffer from back pain there would be a marked reduction.
