Our pilates studio is based in the heart of Rozelle, in Sydney's Inner West. We specialise in Group Pilates Reformer classes and private sessions.  We also offer STOTT Pilates Instructor Training as the NSW training centre.

At Fit 4 Life Pilates we offer a light filled and community based studio and attract a wonderful mix of local residents, men and women of all ages.  Our STOTT trained instructors give quality instruction, individual attention and produce real results.  We pride ourselves on getting to know our clients as individuals, who each have a very unique physicality and their own specific needs. We offer an extensive timetable, value pricing and new people are always welcome.

Our Style

Our classes are 55-minutes long and are designed to energise the body whilst creating lean muscle mass. Our full body workouts not only shape and tone a long, strong physique but improve flexibility, strength and coordination. 

We keep our class numbers small, so you’re not just a number but part of our community. With only 9 STOTT reformer beds per class, everyone gets personalised one-on-one treatment in a fun, social environment!


Private sessions are the perfect way to get to grips with the basics of Pilates, take your skills to the next level and respond to any rehabilitation needs or injuries. We make each session varied and challenging, with exercises to stimulate body and mind. Incorporating studio equipment including barrels, chair, cadillac and reformer.

Pre & PostNatal

At Fit 4 Life we know pregnancy and post pregnancy is a time that requires appropriate care and attention and we will support and guide you through the safest exercise options to leave you feeling refreshed, energised and aligned. All our instructors have pre and post natal experience.

If you are new to pilates we require you to start with a private session so we can access you and guide you into the correct class. If you have been doing pilates prior to pregnancy we advise you to take variations and options given by your instructor in a group class. Please let your instructor know if you are pregnant. Post natal clients can join the beginners classes once they are 6 weeks postnatal and have had their GP checkup.
