This workshop provides you with the tools to incorporate new meditation practices into your daily routine. Meditation is a word that is vastly misunderstood. Even the word can evoke a sense of frustration.It is often spoken about as something we ‘should do’ but ‘don’t have the time’ or knowledge. We all know it makes us feel better but are never able to sustain a practice.
Why you should meditate?
Effective meditation will change your life after the first session. In fact if it does not, I suggest you don’t do it again. A sustainable practice recognises that our physical state is constantly changing, for the days we are exhausted to those we are full of energy, anxiety and stress, and the days we are flat out for no reason.
